How much does it cost to ship my goodies to me?
Within the continential USA - All orders, no matter how big or small, ship for only $6.00 USD per address, via USPS Priority Mail. Alaska & Hawaii - flat rate of $9.50 USD/address. Canada - flat rate of $12.50 USD/address.

Where do you get your ingredients?
We shop local farmers' markets when in season, as well as organic grocery stores.

I'd like to mix a few different treats in the same container, how do I do that?
Order the "Bark!" Mixture in the size you'd like and let us know the treats you'd like to combine in the special note section during the checkout process. To ensure you get plenty of each style, please do not combine more than 3 treats per container.

I'd like to pay with PayPal, how do I do that?
Just select alternative checkout and you can process payment with your PayPal account.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes - you may use a credit card thru Google Checkout or with your PayPal acct. We also accept personel checks, money orders and/or cashier's checks.

How do I make a special request?
That's EASY! Just ask.... If we can create it, we'll make it for you. If your pooch has allergies or special dietary needs, we can custom blend a recipie just right. If you'd like more information on a gift you saw at one of our festivals, that's not listed online, just contact us with your request and we'll get to work on it right away.
